Good sushi. Went with my husband and our dishes were served 15 min apart. I was starving so started thinking his plate would be coming soon. By the time I was done eating my husband was served. Never got a refill and server never came by to see how everything was.
Overall cleanliness is lacking.  There was a trash and crumbs all over the carpet.
Unsure why is called Hibachi, they don't cook anything in front of you.

DO NOT GO BY THE PRICES YOU SEE ON THE MENU. Your bill is going to be $5-$10 more than you see on the menu and their only excuse is "yes it should be changed, sorry." They will argue with you for 10 minutes over the price, even though you waited 15 minutes longer than they said it would take, and then they will proceed to call you names in Japanese. They have absolutely NO RESPECT for customers. I would definitely suggest taking 2 minutes to drive downtown and go to Hanayori. At least you'll be treated like a wanted and valued customer, rather than being up-charged and treated TERRIBLY without your discretion. They have MUCH better prices as well. I will definitely NOT be coming back here ever again and if I could give this a 0 Star rating, I would.

UPDATE: Every single piece of sushi completely fell apart as I went to pick them up. The rice is plain white rice that has been nearly squished to mush just to keep it together until you go to eat it. Can can you ask so much when you're not even going to use sushi/sticky rice? This was such a disappointment. My girlfriend and I Couldn't even enjoy the food I overpaid for. This place is a Joke, through and through.

Tonight was our first visit to QQ Hibachi. Sushi was fresh, well-made and beautifully presented, and the General Tso Chicken was the best we've had. Service was quick and friendly. We had a fantastic experience and will definitely go back.

Gas service crap quality with is not what you want when you are eating raw fish... I had a spicy tuna roll and the tuna tasted like it was really old and not spicy at all in not sure that they added any sauce at all. I probably won't return

QQ Hibachi has some really good things and some really bad things.  Overall, for sushi, I think they are the best in town!  I really enjoyed their rolls, they were really fresh and put together well, and they had a great selection of all different ones too (including fried rolls as well as regular raw ones).  However for just regular Japanese food, I would go to the other restaurant in town, Hanayori (which I also gave a 3 star review to).  It seems if you combined the good things from QQ Hibachi with the good things from Hanayori, you would have an awesome, complete, stellar Japanese restaurant!

For starters, QQ Hibachi IS NOT HIBACHI!!  I have no idea why they decided to name it this, it is misleading, especially for people that are from out of town.  They serve regular Japanese dishes as well as sushi, but no teppanyaki/hibachi style with the food grilled in front of you.

As for the food, it was definitely hit and miss...First, the good...I had two sushi rolls, the Red and White roll and the Sexy Lady roll.  They were both very good, better than the rolls I have had at Hanayori.  The Red and White had tuna inside and on top, and the Sexy Lady had tuna inside and mango and avocado on top.  This one was my favorite, it was great and the flavor was perfect!!  My husband had the chicken katsu, and he said it was good as well.

As for the bad...my mom had the chicken teriyaki, and it was not good...a lot of fat and gristle on the chicken, which made it unpleasant to eat.  Also, they had Thai Iced Tea on the menu (weird, I know) and we made the mistake of getting them....YUCK!! Worst thai iced tea I have ever had!! The flavor was bad....sort of "musty" tasting...just don't order it!  Also the miso....if you could call it miso....was absolutely horrible as well.  Just a bad, off flavoring to it.  The worst miso I have had yet, and its pretty basic, I can't imagine its that hard to screw up!  Lastly the edamame tasted weird as well...just sort-of "off"...it wasn't bad, just not that good either....kind of "meh".

Anyway, I would definitely go back if I was just looking to get sushi...they get 4 stars on their sushi, and 2 stars for everything else, so it evened out to a 3 star review overall.  I'm happy that Klamath has QQ Hibachi to get some great sushi, however if you are looking for other Japanese options, I would recommend Hanayori instead.
